Even great singers sing better when they do a good warm up. A warm up can be something as simple as humming or singing lightly until your voice feels more at ease to use. The point of a warm up is to get blood flowing to the various organs involved in singing, so that they can do their job easily. There are various small and delicate muscles involved in singing. If you are loud dramatic singer and go full force into your most difficult singing without a warm up you are asking for damage.

Beyond the warm up’s you can do your self with vocal such as light singing or humming you can also do other things to encourage a good warm up before demanding singing, such as:

1. Warm Tea with honey and lemon. Not a cure all but the warm tea will help bring blood to the throat area because of the heat. The caffiene in the tea will give you a quick energy boost. The honey will help coat the throat and a small does of lemon will help clear light phlegm.

2. Inhale hot steam. A hot shower or a personal humidifyer can do wonders to bring warmth and moisture to the throat and sinuses. This is particularly helpful in dry climates or cold climates that cause everything to close off.

3. Hot compresses. You can simply put some hot towels to your throat region to bring blood to the area.

4. Some quick cardio, such as jumping jacks. This will cause you to take air into your lungs and open up the bronchials. To sing at your best the lungs have to be open up to full capacity, particularly for dramatic loud singing.

If you are looking for singing instruction I recommend www.vocalrelease.com It can make an amazing difference in any singers voice.

Made online payment, says I still may be shut off?

Often times people who don’t sing or people who would like to sing assume that good singers just have a voice. They think that singers just open their mouth any random time and can sing.

Pick your favorite singer. If they didn’t sing for a year and then tried to sing at the same level as before they stopped there would be a huge difference in skill level, if they could even still sing at all.

Even great singers have to practice. Singing is a very physical endeavoer that takes physical dexderity, proper technique and vocal endurance.

Practice ingrains what is called, “muscle memory.” Muscle memory is what happens when you do something so many times at practice, that when you do it at performance you barely have to think about it and it’s easy. Just like guitar, or even a sport like baseball or even karate, the same things applies to singing. Practice often with the right techniqe and you gain a professional level of skill. Practice often with poor technique and you reinforce a poor level of skill. This is why it’s important to know the right techniques for singing.

There simply isn’t any special techniques for singing that you do once and then never have to practice again.

However, if you would like to learn the techniques that are used by the worlds best singers and how to properly train to use them buy a copy of www.vocalrelease.com You will not be dissapointed, it is the best singing instruction available online. I know I’ve tried them all.

When someone wants to learn to sing or improve their voice, often times they only think about things like range, power and hitting high notes.

The root of all problems or vocal perfection come from which attack the singer uses.

The attack is what the singer physically does and thinks as they sing. When it comes to singing there are only three attacks. The best known is the diaphgragmatic. This attack is way overhyped, and in fact is awful for the voice if you want to sound good. The second attack is the glottal, that is all from the throat, is is also a horrible attack and will simply cause the voice to lock up.

The best attack is the attack of the mask. This attack causes diaphgragmatic action and everything in the throat/vocal folds to be balanced and happen by reflex. This is important to note, because when you think about it, it’s perposterous to think when watching a great singer that they are consciously thinking about support for every note or the vocal folds or what is going on in the throat….unless it is causing problems.

This is just one reason the attack of the mask is superior. Not only is the attack of mask easier to do, it is always balanced, has a wide range and makes singing feel like humming with the mouth open.

If you have problems with your voice it is probably because you do not use or properly use the attack of the mask. To learn the attack of the mask go to www.vocalrelease.com Is is the absolute best singing instruction you can get.
